Filtration is one of those steps in vodka production that gets talked about a lot but rarely explained well. It is often used as a selling point, something brands highlight to suggest purity or quality. In reality, filtration can change far more than people realize. It affects how vodka tastes, how it feels, and how honest it is to the ingredient it started from. For organic vodka producers especially, filtration is not something to lean on.
