Description: This gin is made from organic American-grown yellow corn. Distilled seven times and filtered once using coconut shell granular activated carbon charcoal and fiber. Alcohol is 40% by volume (80 proof).

Color: Florena Gin is colored with extract of butterfly pea flowers. This gin has a distinct blue color, but it will change to pink if mixed with acid-containing substances such as lime or lemon juice.

Specifications: The flavor profile of Florena Gin consists of juniper berries, lemon skins, angelica root, orris root and coriander seeds.

Specifics: Barrel-aged dry red Concord wine with natural blackberry flavor and other natural flavors. Concord grape was harvested in Pennsylvania, USA. Processes include alcoholic fermentation, heat stabilization, barrel-based malolactic fermentation, aging in neutral American oak barrels, filtering. Bordeaux bottle, natural cork and patented-design capsule.

Technical: Alcohol is 11.1% by volume. Acidity (pH) is 3.24. Bottling start date is spring of 2022. Overall production quantity is over 2000 cases (12 bottles in the case, 750ml each).

About: This is a semi-sweet white wine with natural flavors. 83% of this wine is our award-winning dry white Niagara, aged in oak barrels. Grapes were harvested in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
Production: Processes include SS-based alcoholic fermentation, heat stabilization, barrel-based malolactic fermentation, filtering. Wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

Facts: The Concord grape is a cultivar derived from the grape species Vitis Labrusca that are used as table grapes, wine grapes and juice grapes. Traditionally, most commercially produced Concord wines have been finished sweet, but dry versions are possible if adequate fruit ripeness is achieved. The grape is named after the town in Massachusetts where it was developed.
