
About: This is a semi-sweet white wine with natural flavors. 83% of this wine is our award-winning dry white Niagara, aged in oak barrels. Grapes were harvested in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
Production: Processes include SS-based alcoholic fermentation, heat stabilization, barrel-based malolactic fermentation, filtering. Wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

Specifications: Brix at fermentation is 22.5. Acidity (pH) is 3.0. This wine is produced and bottled at the prime production facility at 10 McCoy Lane, Washington PA 15301.

Comment: While this wine is based on the dry white Niagara, our recipe also includes natural flavors of coconut and pineapple. This combination of ingredients contributes to a balanced feel of body and finish of the wine.
