Base spirit: FLORENA Chokko & FLORENA Latte

Ingredients
  • 2 oz FLORENA Chokko Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 oz FLORENA Latte White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz FLORENA Vanilla Vodka

How to Make It

01

Chill the glass

A well-chilled glass is critical for a three-spirit martini with no diluting mixer. Freeze your coupe or martini glass for at least 10 minutes.

02

Add ice and combine

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in FLORENA Chokko, FLORENA Latte, and FLORENA Vanilla Vodka.

03

Shake firmly

Shake for 12–15 seconds. The goal is a well-chilled, slightly diluted drink — the water from the melting ice is important for opening up the flavors.

04

Strain and serve

Strain into your chilled glass. The drink should be dark-mahogany from the Chokko, with a silky surface.

05

Garnish options

A light dusting of cocoa powder across the surface, a few shavings of dark chocolate on the rim, or a thin curl of orange peel (citrus brings out the chocolate). Keep it simple — the drink is rich enough without an elaborate garnish.

Bartender Notes

The chocolate spectrum

FLORENA Chokko is dark cocoa — rich, slightly bitter, complex. FLORENA Latte is white chocolate — creamy, sweet, vanilla-adjacent. Equal parts creates a milk-chocolate middle ground. Adjusting the ratio shifts the profile: more Chokko for bitterness, more Latte for creaminess.

Temperature matters

Serve ice-cold. Chocolate liqueurs at room temperature feel heavy and sweet; well-chilled, they become elegant and refreshing.

No additional sweetener needed

Both liqueurs contribute sweetness. The vanilla vodka adds clean spirit presence without additional sugar. Don't be tempted to add simple syrup — the balance is intentional.
