- 2 oz FLORENA Diamond Organic Vodka
- 4 oz Fresh ginger beer (Fever-Tree or equivalent)
- 1 oz Armenian pomegranate juice
- ½ oz Fresh lime juice
- Garnish Lime wheel & fresh mint
How to Make It
Fill your glass
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. The colder the better — FLORENA Diamond is cleanest when ice-cold.
Pour the vodka
Pour 2 oz FLORENA Diamond Organic Vodka over the ice. The 6× distillation means no burn at the back — just clean, smooth spirit.
Add pomegranate & lime
Add 1 oz Armenian pomegranate juice and ½ oz fresh lime juice. Stir gently to combine.
Top with ginger beer
Slowly pour ginger beer down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. Do not stir — let it settle naturally.
Garnish & serve
Add a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately while still fizzing.
Bartender Notes
Pomegranate juice
Armenian pomegranate has a tartness that lime alone can't replicate. If you can source it, do. POM Wonderful is a solid backup — avoid pomegranate blends with added sugar.
Ginger beer matters
Use real ginger beer — not ginger ale. The difference is significant. Fever-Tree, Reed's Extra Ginger, or Bundaberg all work. The spicier, the better.
Why FLORENA Diamond
Because it's clean enough to let the pomegranate and ginger do the work. A harsher vodka fights the other flavors. FLORENA Diamond doesn't.
