- 2 ozFLORENA Latte White Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 ozCold brew concentrate
- 1 ozOat milk (or whole milk)
- 0.5 ozVodka (optional, for extra strength)
- IceFor shaking
How to Make It
Chill your glass
Place a martini glass or coupe in the freezer for 5 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail. A cold glass keeps the drink cold longer.
Build the shaker
Add FLORENA Latte, cold brew concentrate, oat milk, and optional vodka to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice.
Shake hard
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. The hard shake creates the signature espresso martini foam on top — don't shortcut it.
Strain and serve
Empty the ice water from your glass. Double strain into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 espresso beans or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
Bartender Notes
Cold brew vs espresso
Cold brew concentrate gives a smoother, less bitter coffee flavor. If you want a more intense espresso note, pull a fresh double shot and let it cool slightly before shaking.
The foam
That creamy foam on top comes from the oat milk proteins and the hard shake. The colder your ingredients, the better the foam. Shake like you mean it.
FLORENA Latte
FLORENA Latte is a white chocolate liqueur — naturally creamy, slightly sweet, with clean vanilla and cocoa butter notes. It's rich enough to stand in for both the liqueur and the dairy in a standard espresso martini.
