- 4 ozArmen's Barrel-Aged Blackberry Sangria
- 2 ozProsecco or dry sparkling wine
- 3–4Fresh blackberries
- 1 sprigFresh mint
- IceLarge cubes preferred
How to Make It
Add ice to your glass
Fill a wine glass or stemless glass with ice. Large cubes melt slower and keep dilution in check.
Pour the sangria
Add 4 oz of Armen's Barrel-Aged Blackberry Sangria over the ice.
Top with prosecco
Gently pour prosecco down the side of the glass to keep the bubbles alive.
Garnish and serve
Drop in 3–4 fresh blackberries and rest a sprig of mint on top. Serve immediately.
Bartender Notes
Why barrel-aged sangria?
Armen's Blackberry Sangria is aged in oak barrels, which adds a subtle vanilla and woodsy depth. That complexity is what makes this spritz taste like more than the sum of its parts.
Prosecco choice
Use a dry (Brut) prosecco. Avoid sweet sparkling wine — the sangria already has fruit-forward sweetness.
Make it a batch
Scale up easily for gatherings: mix sangria and prosecco 2:1 in a pitcher just before serving. Add fresh blackberries and mint to the pitcher.
